KEYNOTES AND EXECUTIVE TALKS

Lars Nordenlund brings the findings from the INSTRATE Global 200, a benchmark of the world's leading enterprises, together with the experience of building companies through the internet, the cloud, and AI.

Conference keynote · Board or executive session · University lecture · Virtual or in person

The INSTRATE Global 200 benchmarks the world's leading enterprises across eleven sectors on two measures: how hard disruption is hitting their market, and how ready their leadership engine is to win from it.

Four in ten of the most-disrupted companies have not built the engine to convert that disruption. Under the same disruption, peers land up to 50 Strategic Fitness points apart.

The weakest capability across the field is reinvention. The talks open with what the data shows, then move to what the companies pulling ahead do differently.

Every finding is drawn from company filings, results and independent coverage, so the audience can check it.

What the audience leaves with.

Where their company sits. Nine strategic positions, and what each one demands next.

What the Strategic Fittest do differently. The patterns that separate the companies converting disruption into growth from the ones losing position.

Where to act first. The sequence that turns the insight into committed choices the leadership team can execute.

Every talk is shaped to the audience and the decision in front of them.

01

Survival of the Strategic Fittest

The argument from the book and the benchmark. Why companies facing the same disruption end up far apart, and what the Strategic Fittest do differently. 45 to 60 minutes with Q&A.

02

Turning AI disruption into advantage

What the benchmark shows about AI disruption sector by sector, and how leadership teams convert it into position rather than cost. 30 to 45 minutes.

03

Building the next curve

How companies find, fund and build the next growth curve while the current one still pays. 45 minutes, or a half-day working session with the leadership team.

The experience behind the argument.
